It is important to she-moto®, Inc. that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
We will accept returns that are in their original purchase condition and product packaging. Items that have been used, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for returns/exchanges.
Upon approval, she-moto® will refund the full cost of the item or exchange the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. she-moto® will pay for shipping to you on exchanged items.
If you do choose to return or exchange your purchase, please fill out the attached form Return Form and include it in your return shipment.
